A viewer proposes using transported antimatter charges to knock down an enemy ship's shields before destroying it. Odyssey One uses the more direct tactic of teleporting atomic weapons inside opposing ships. A similar attack is recalled, less confidently, from Stargate Atlantis. These examples give fictional transport systems an offensive role alongside their use for moving people and supplies.
