What survives of Britain's coastal forces craft

No intact D-class motor torpedo boat survives in the account, but abandoned remains and the preserved steam gunboat Grey Goose still mark the coastal-forces story.

Question

Do any British D-boats or comparable coastal-forces craft survive?

Short answer

No complete D-boat survives in this account, although wrecks remain and the former steam gunboat Grey Goose survives on the Medway as Anser.

Notes

Two abandoned D-boat wrecks were listed, one at Chatham and another site in Norway, but no complete example survived in the account given here. A Fairmile C craft provides a related survivor rather than a D-boat itself. A more substantial coastal-forces survival remained on the River Medway. SGB 9, the steam gunboat Grey Goose, stayed afloat under the later name Anser and preserves a different branch of the same small-craft tradition.
