In November 1943, Snowberry helped sink U-536 with depth charges off the Azores. A frigate and two Flower-class corvettes brought experienced crews to the attack, leaving the submarine under sustained pressure. Calgary is named alongside Snowberry, while the frigate's name is unclear in the captions. Snowberry continued escort work before joining Portsmouth Command in September 1944 for Channel operations. After Canadian decommissioning, she was used as a target ship off Portsmouth in 1946 before scrapping.
