Glynn Stewart keeps a notes file for each book alongside a large spreadsheet of mathematics for ship maneuvers. He doubts either editor reads much of the notes beyond the character list. He says neither examines the maneuver spreadsheet, despite the extensive calculations behind the fictional movements.
