Moving the secondary battery to test its firing arcs

Moving the forward six-inch turrets exposes the tradeoff between appearance and useful aft fire.

Notes

The secondary-battery layout changed as different positions were tested. Moving the forward six-inch turrets outward widened their arcs and could bring twelve six-inch guns to bear astern. The arrangement looked awkward, so the mounts returned to their earlier position in the next version. The iteration captures a recurring warship-design tension between stronger firing arcs and a layout that works convincingly as a whole.
