Secondary fire priorities against torpedo boats

The same battle shows why primary guns and secondary batteries should divide labor against different threats.

Notes

The secondaries appear to ignore nearby torpedo boats even though the main guns can handle the battleship while 3-inch and 6-inch weapons focus on closer small craft. In the campaign, Italy has concentrated much of its recent construction in torpedo craft around a battleship centerpiece, so destroying that capital ship would remove a disproportionate share of its fighting power. Britain has eight larger battleships under construction and can absorb losses more readily. Once the Italian battleship is gone, the smaller vessels become worth primary attention. Fire priorities change as the enemy force loses its centerpiece.
