Who might have led the Royal Navy in a 1906 war?

A short counterfactual names HMS Dreadnought and the senior officers who might have led the Royal Navy had the 1906 crisis become war.

Notes

If the first Moroccan crisis had become a war, HMS Dreadnought would probably have served as the fleet flagship. The choice of commander is uncertain: Fisher might have taken command himself, while Beresford was the obvious senior alternative and Jellicoe was not yet senior enough. Arthur Wilson appears as another possibility. This counterfactual pause shows how the crisis intersected with Royal Navy command politics as well as diplomacy.
