Question

Did Royal Marines deploy aboard Tribal-class destroyers?

Short answer

Occasionally, although they were not normally part of the ships' crews.

Notes

The answer distinguishes an occasional deployment from the regular ship's company. Royal Marines could be carried aboard Tribals without being a normal part of their complement.
