A Renown-style rebuild for Repulse

If Repulse had survived, would she receive a Renown-style rebuild?

Probably; a major rebuild could prepare another fast capital ship for Far Eastern operations.

Repulse would probably receive more than a modest secondary-armament update. A reconstruction broadly comparable to Renown's could be carried out with American help if British yards and wartime demand required it. The strategic logic is the Far East, where fast heavy ships such as Renown and Warspite were especially valuable. Modernization priorities would follow theatre demand rather than an isolated design exercise.
