Range limits point toward Atlantic service

How much could the limited range of Courageous and Glorious be improved?

Range would remain limiting, making Atlantic service and perhaps the Indian Ocean more plausible than full Pacific operations.

Range remains a genuine limitation after modernization. Assigning the ships to theatres with shorter logistical legs works around it. The Atlantic is the primary fit, with the Indian Ocean a possible extension. Full Pacific fleet service is less plausible because it magnifies precisely the endurance problem the older hulls retain.
