Could YT-series transports become torpedo bombers or light gunships?

How difficult would it be to convert YT-series light transports into torpedo bombers or light gunships?

Assuming the question concerns Star Wars YT-series light freighters, conversion appears feasible because of their modular features and existing armed variants. The assessment is tentative.

The proposal is interpreted as a question about fictional Star Wars light freighters. Their modular features would help with conversion to an armed role. Some YT variants already come close to a pirate-ship configuration, suggesting that a combat conversion would have a starting point. The assessment remains tentative because it rests on limited familiarity with the series.
