Question

Did Tufnell visit the German shipyards?

Short answer

Possibly, but the name in the Greek delegation account may identify someone else when translated into English.

Notes

A Greek delegation toured the shipyards during the procurement process. Tufnell may have been among its members, but that identification remains uncertain. The difficulty is whether the name translated from Greek refers to Tufnell or another person.
