Does the shipbuilding plan expand missile and smart-shell production?

Does the plan say anything about increasing missile and smart-shell production?

No increase in missile or guided-shell production is discussed here, and the larger Mark 57 vertical-launch system also goes unmentioned.

The document gives considerable attention to hulls, magazines, hypersonic weapons, lasers, and naval gunfire. It does not provide a corresponding discussion of higher missile or guided-shell production, even though fleet growth requires that added capacity. The Mark 57 VLS is also absent despite its greater cell volume and the plan's emphasis on weapons larger than today's Mark 41 capacity.
