Plan document orders and archive visits

Once records are identified, account for digitisation limits, ordering rules, document caps, and the time needed for an archive visit.

Notes

Some catalogue records have not been digitised, leaving a visit or requested copy as the practical options. The demonstration distinguishes a standard visit with a smaller document allowance from a bulk order confined to one series. Booking limits and advance-order rules determine how much evidence can realistically be examined in a day or week. Counting records and checking their locations before travel turns a search list into a workable research schedule.
