With a crew of roughly 5,000 and room for 50,000 deployable personnel, the Peacekeeper command carrier is a highly capable capital platform. Fighters, commandos, and other embarked forces extend its influence beyond the hull. Its scale, weapons, and self-support are impressive, but repeated losses in its fictional setting expose the difference between theoretical strength and survivability in service. A valuable flagship needs protection rather than being sent alone against every threat.

Peacekeeper command carriers need an escorting force
Farscape's Peacekeeper command carrier combines a large crew, troops, fighters, and command capacity, but should not be expected to operate unsupported.
