The scenario replaces Richelieu after launch with the completed World of Warships version of Patrie. A much larger ship with three quadruple seventeen-inch turrets would excite the French Navy. Its size immediately raises the problem of finding a French dock able to accommodate it. Receiving that firepower would leave its dockyard requirements unresolved.
