Reading Mikasa through the Six-Six Fleet's decisions

Is a video about Mikasa planned?

Yes; it will use Mikasa to examine the leadership and design choices behind the Six-Six Fleet and Tsushima.

A planned Mikasa video will place the battleship inside the creation of Japan's Six-Six Fleet and the decisions that led toward Tsushima. Engineering and ship characteristics will remain necessary evidence, though the main subject is why leaders selected particular designs, capabilities, and priorities. Mikasa provides a concrete example of institutions and strategy shaping a warship. The emphasis reflects a preference for explaining leadership choices and the reasoning behind ship designs alongside their engineering characteristics.
