Logistics determines whether a force can move and fight

Ammunition production, fuel, maintenance, heavy transporters, and suitable roads determine whether headline equipment can actually fight.

Notes

Ammunition stocks, production capacity, fuel, and maintenance determine whether vehicles, ships, and aircraft can operate. Owning tanks also requires enough heavy transporters to move them rapidly. Roads must carry 70-ton vehicles and let transporters take them from their current location to where they are needed. These requirements test how much of a nominal equipment total can actually reach and sustain combat.
