Light-cruiser stability after the update

The design tries broader beam, shallower draft, six-inch guns, light weapons, torpedoes, and armor without reaching convincing stability. Earlier versions would not have accepted roll figures this severe, so the changed result becomes part of the test. A comparable computer-generated light cruiser has similarly extreme pitch and roll despite strong engine efficiency. The comparison suggests that the revised small-hull model is causing the problem rather than one poor manual layout.
