Question

Was Belfast the largest museum warship outside the United States?

Short answer

No definite ranking is established. Mikasa and an unnamed Russian ship are suggested for comparison.

Notes

Mikasa is tentatively suggested as a larger preserved warship. A large Russian museum ship is also recalled without being named. Neither suggestion is resolved into a verified ranking.
