Reorganizing the Lantian fleet against the Wraith

How should the Lantian fleet be reorganized to defeat the Wraith or buy time for an anti-Wraith scheme?

Exploit the Stargate network and Attero device, distribute Atlantis's power and defenses, and then attack Wraith hive ships, queens, and production infrastructure.

The proposed campaign begins by finding Janus, completing the Attero device, and collecting or locking out the Stargates. Replicators present control problems, while a biological weapon would bring its own difficulties. Atlantis would also receive defensive lasers alongside its drones and substantially more power. The initial suggestion is at least six power modules, with some separated from the central installation; the preferred arrangement expands that to twelve modules distributed between the pylons and two central groups. Once the system works, the fleet would hunt Wraith forces and attack troop-production infrastructure. Hive ships and queens would receive particular attention because the proposed campaign aims to destroy the enemy's ability to continue fighting.
