JS Kaga is visible in Kure harbour at the start of the update. Although the Yamato Museum is closed to the public, some of its exhibits can still be seen through the windows. The museum frontage is shaped like Yamato's bow, and walking along it conveys the battleship's length. Nearby, the JMSDF museum has a displayed submarine for visitors to explore. The view places Japan's imperial-era naval memory and the modern Japan Maritime Self-Defense Force on the same waterfront.
