Earlier victories transform the balance at Jutland

German losses at Dogger Bank plus Tiger Cub squadrons make the British fast wing overwhelming and may expose the High Seas Fleet to annihilation.

Notes

Germany reaches 1916 with fewer battlecruisers, no Hipper, and a scouting group badly outmatched by British battlecruisers, the Fifth Battle Squadron, and perhaps ten or twelve Tiger Cubs. Removing two battlecruisers at Dogger Bank would strip roughly 40 percent of the five-ship German scouting group present at historical Jutland. Better reporting from Cradock could give Jellicoe earlier information while the slower German battle fleet tries to protect its damaged scouts. The outcome ranges from an early German withdrawal to a full meeting engagement in which the Grand Fleet accepts serious losses to destroy the High Seas Fleet.
