HMS Bedouin from Narvik to her final convoy action

HMS Bedouin's record runs from surviving a torpedo attack at the Second Battle of Narvik to fighting through cruiser and air attacks during her fatal Mediterranean convoy operation.

Notes

Bedouin survived a torpedo attack by U-25 at the Second Battle of Narvik without losing her bow as Eskimo did. Her final action came while escorting a Mediterranean convoy in June 1942. Italian cruisers damaged the destroyer, and HMS Partridge tried to tow her. Enemy warships forced Partridge to abandon the tow. Aircraft then attacked Bedouin and delivered the sinking torpedo on 15 June. Bedouin continued firing and shot down the aircraft that had attacked her before she sank.
