Gotland turns sea control into Sweden's strategic center

Relocating Sweden's capital to Gotland creates both severe blockade exposure and a strong reason to build a capable navy.

Notes

In this campaign, Visby's status as the capital means new units deploy on Gotland and must cross by sea to mainland Sweden. That exposes the country to blockade. The same geography can make the capital difficult to invade if the island is defended and the navy controls the approaches. Reinforcing Gotland and building a strong Swedish navy are proposed responses.
