Chapter · 22:36-29:51

Concentrating submarines and battle fleets across a global empire

Submarines are redistributed from bases that can spare them while heavier forces assemble for invasions against Spain.

Notes

The campaign map becomes a logistics exercise as submarines are drawn from every base that can spare a few boats. Their operational radii rule out a route that would send a force around South America, demonstrating how geography limits nominally global power. Surface ships are then concentrated into a major formation without stripping every other theater. That concentration is intended to damage Spain's economy and support an invasion of northern Spain.
