Balancing range, torpedoes, and secondary guns

A final fast-battleship design trades some range for a more balanced armament, adding torpedoes and four-inch guns alongside ten-inch weapons.

Notes

A long-range specification consumes displacement that could support other fighting qualities. Gun-range comparisons make the ten-inch weapon the best fit for the campaign's current technology. Harvey armour and standard crew quarters are selected before the design returns to armament and weight. The planned cruising range is reduced, and torpedoes are added to discourage a close approach. Four-inch and two-inch weapons supplement the 10.9-inch main guns within the remaining displacement. The completed fast battleship favours speed and a practical mixed armament over maximum firepower.
