The ship's size, armament, embarked troops, and TIE fighters earn it a high capability score, yet its support and manpower demands make it an inefficient choice at the end of a long logistics chain. Its vast complement resembles a job-creation programme more than a sound use of military resources. A large empire needs smaller ships distributed in continuing presence missions as well as heavy forces that can deploy rapidly when deterrence fails. It also needs platforms able to influence several areas instead of concentrating authority and firepower in a few spectacular hulls. Relying on fear and enormous symbols cannot provide the persistent conflict management required to control a galaxy.
