Building artillery and logistics into European reinforcement

The European proposal deploys an armoured division with a second division behind it. Each would have its own artillery and logistics formations, with further support at corps level. A more reserve-heavy second division would use available artillery to compensate for limits in continuous training. Multiple deployment routes are desired because the Channel Tunnel cannot be assumed secure. Amphibious wheeled vehicles are discussed as one possible way to reduce dependence on that route.
