Command information for a multi-planet empire

A Ha'tak may operate with a tiny crew, but an imperial command ship needs communications staff, displays, and information flow proportionate to the worlds it directs.

Notes

A Ha'tak may be operable with very few people, but that does not make its bridge suitable for directing an empire. The command spaces shown lack the communications desks, displays, and staff needed to receive and interpret information from many worlds. Even a feudal empire that deliberately suppresses development still depends on substantial administrative and reporting systems. The bridge layout exposes a command-and-control problem: ruling territory requires organized information flow, not merely a ruler's physical presence aboard a powerful ship.
