Canadian battlecruisers and American concerns

How would the United States react if Canada received a Renown-type battlecruiser, Tiger, and a completed Leopard?

The additional Canadian battlecruisers would worry the United States, although it would have little basis for preventing the transfers.

The proposed Canadian force includes Resistance as a hypothetical Renown-type battlecruiser, alongside Tiger and a completed Leopard. These are acquisitions within the counterfactual, rather than a description of the historical Canadian fleet. Their combined strength would concern the United States. American objections are expected, although the United States would have little basis for preventing the arrangement.
