Short answer

Theoretically yes, with changes to the barbettes and probably the power-supply positions.

Notes

Mark 24 turrets are considered a technically possible replacement for the existing cruiser mountings. The conversion would require reworking the barbettes. Power-supply positions would probably also need alteration. Space and structural hardpoints within the hull make the proposal possible, although integration work would still be required.
