How large a ship needs to be for Talos

Which ship sizes would make the best Talos hybrid or missile barge?

Light cruisers are the suggested lower range, while a large cruiser such as Alaska offers more space for a mixed armament; smaller hulls are poor candidates.

Atlanta, Dido, and Arethusa-sized light cruisers are suggested for a dedicated Talos missile barge. A larger hull such as Alaska is preferred for a ship retaining other armament. Talos requires substantial internal assembly and support space, so fitting the launcher alone would not settle whether a conversion worked. Destroyers and smaller vessels are considered poor candidates for accommodating the whole system.
