Finding a joint account of the Kusaka cousins

Is there a book covering the combined wartime careers of the Kusaka cousins?

No dedicated joint account is recalled. A starting work is suggested, but its title is unclear and Japanese-language material is left for further research.

The request concerns the Kusaka cousins, after an initial misunderstanding treats the name as a ship reference. Clarke cannot name a book devoted to their combined careers. He offers a starting book whose spoken title is unclear and says it contains some relevant material. He also leaves open the possibility of Japanese-language sources and proposes a later search. No reliable bibliography for their combined careers is supplied.
