Five new battleships would join Nelson and Rodney to provide seven modern capital ships. Hood, Renown, and Repulse bring the total to ten. The five Revenge-class ships and five Queen Elizabeths complete a twenty-ship force. HMS Tiger might also survive longer during the expansion, although its retention is an additional possibility rather than part of that twenty-ship calculation.
