Black Sea constraint and Pacific carrier escort split

The class is divided between isolated Black Sea geography and Pacific carrier support for Minsk, giving the same ship type two different strategic jobs.

Notes

The class's deployment split introduces Soviet fleet geography before the weapons discussion. Black Sea ships faced narrow exits, NATO pressure, and little room to hide from long-range missiles. Pacific units worked with Minsk, the second Kiev-class carrier. The same general-purpose cruiser therefore supported two different Cold War requirements: a constrained regional fleet and a carrier group operating in the Far East.
