Using battlecruisers to pressure American ports

The campaign sends fast capital ships toward Pensacola, Tampa, and Miami, using major ports and their tonnage as guides for where naval pressure can hurt an opponent.

Notes

After enough force gathers around Djibouti, battlecruisers are redirected toward the largest American ports in the region. Pensacola, Tampa, and Miami are compared before the ships head toward Tampa on the strength of its displayed port tonnage. The aim is to damage the American economy, so the target is chosen for economic effect rather than for an encounter with enemy warships. This is an Ultimate Admiral: Dreadnoughts campaign decision, but it illustrates how speed, port geography, and force concentration shape maritime pressure.
