A modern supply route to Bastogne in December 1944

What would a portal linking the present to Bastogne in December 1944 change?

It could supply the defenders with medical support and modern equipment, with a speculative possibility of accelerating the Western Allied advance.

The imagined portal would provide the defenders at Bastogne with supplies and medical help. Knowledge of the date could also allow vulnerable medical stations to be moved before known attacks. Modern anti-tank and anti-aircraft equipment is proposed as additional support. A faster advance could then allow British and American forces to reach Berlin before the Soviets. That is a speculative consequence of the relief effort.
