Army autonomy also funds expendable weapons and ground vehicles

The Army's autonomy spending extends beyond aircraft to ground vehicles, one-way attack weapons, expendable systems and the facilities needed to train with them.

Notes

The autonomy proposals assign £150 million to beginning development and production of uncrewed ground vehicles. At least £210 million goes to low-cost long-range one-way attack weapons. A separate £400 million allocation covers inexpensive expendable systems for Army, Commando Force and special-forces use, including a £50 million boost over the following twelve months. The table also includes £50 million for air-launched effects and work to permit uncrewed-system training at the British Army's Suffield training area.
