Argentina's government after the Falklands defeat

Galtieri's fall was followed by intervening military administrations before the restoration of rights.

Notes

Galtieri's fall in June 1982 was followed by an acting successor and another military administration lasting a little over a year. The military government's own label was the National Reorganization Process. Rights, including freedom of speech, were subsequently restored. The Falklands defeat did not immediately end military government.
