A wider Anglo-Japanese war patrol map

A counterfactual Anglo-Japanese war without American entry sends Walrus patrols toward the South Pacific, South Atlantic, Caribbean, Panama, Singapore, and Indian Ocean.

Notes

The counterfactual asks where Walruses might have been most valuable if Britain and Japan fought while America stayed out. The South Pacific, South Atlantic, and Caribbean become surveillance spaces, while Panama is a possible Japanese raid target but not a realistic transit route for warships. A Japanese force trying to reach Suez would instead have to pass through the Indian Ocean and Singapore. Without a concurrent European war, British troops would remain in Malaya and France would not have collapsed, transforming the balance. Patrol demand changes with the war's theaters and alliances, especially around maritime chokepoints.
